Getting started 

Taking advantage of this benefit is easy

1. Enroll in the benefit

Sign up for the direct primary care benefit. 

 

2. Choose your doctor

Enter your address below to see the clinics that serve your neighborhood, then select your chosen provider using the enrollment link below.

3. Schedule your initial appointment as soon as possible

Once you've chosen your Doctor, you will receive a welcome communication inviting you to choose a time for your first appointment. This initial appointment establishes you as a patient and gives you access to urgent after-hours access and same-day next-day appointments. Do not wait to schedule your first appointment until you are feeling unwell.
